OVERVIEW
Over the years, we've noticed something: lots of skydivers are, well, to put it bluntly, scared of landing in tight spaces—and scared of their reserves. That is not ideal. Let's fix it.
This camp will increase your comfort and skill in, arguably, the sport's most vital survival skill: accurately landing your canopy in a small, obstacle-rich environment.
COURSE DETAILS
What you'll learn and do
If available in your size, we can offer an additional (and extremely unusual) skill-building element: we'll hook up a PD Optimum reserve as the main canopy that you will jump throughout the camp.
Whether performed with your own main or a demo reserve, this course will include:
- a thorough, action-oriented review of emergency procedures
- drills (including one-arm flying skills)
- a simulated backyard to land in, complete with soft obstacles
- coaching (via video and GPS tracking data)
- packing for six jumps
If performed with a demo reserve, the course will include hook-up of the demo and the replacement of your main to your rig when complete.

How to enroll in the course
⚠️ Please note that, due to the progressed nature of the syllabus, this camp can not be your first canopy course. This is NOT a B-License course, nor is it appropriate as a jumper's first canopy-course experience.
⚠️ Participants are strictly limited both by the availability of demo reserves in the appropriate size for each participating jumper and by the requirement for this to be a closely coached experience for each participant. It follows that pre-payment is required to hold your place. If you find it necessary to cancel, the pre-payment amount can be applied to a Backyard Accuracy Camp taking place over different dates. However, if you cancel within 72 hours of the course start time, the pre-payment is forfeit.
